Ryan Cronin Campaign For State Senate Gains Momentum

Today, the Ryan Cronin campaign for State Senate announced major progress in their fundraising and efforts to earn a position on the ballot for the upcoming election. Ryan Cronin is currently running to serve as state senator in the Sixth District, currently being represented by Sen. Kemp Hannon.

“As this campaign continues to gather momentum, it is great to see the outpouring of support,” Cronin said. “For too long Albany has turned a deaf ear to the issues that face our communities and that must change immediately. Senator Hannon has been in Albany since the Ford administration, and it is clear that a new voice is needed. I look forward to bringing my message to Albany and serving the residents of the 6th Senate District and all New Yorkers.”

The Ryan Cronin campaign has already raised more than $130,000 and has more than $110,000 on hand. Ryan’s support has come from a wide range of donors, demonstrating a large base of support for his campaign.

In addition to the substantial fundraising results achieved by the Ryan Cronin campaign, their efforts to earn a position on the ballot for the upcoming election succeeded in acquiring over 2,300 signatures – well above the legal requirement. Additionally, Ryan’s campaign has received the backing of the Working Families line.

“Our message of responsible government that protects New York’s middle class families above everything else clearly has a broad base of support. Unfortunately, it’s commonplace to hear about the economic hardships facing the people of Long Island, and I firmly believe that we lack the legislative leadership to help turn that around. I look forward to bringing my campaign’s message to all the residents of the 6th Senate District, and then to Albany,” Cronin concluded.
