The Garden City Community Church youth announce their
annual Christmas Tree Sale on Saturday, December 8th. Trees of all sizes and
shapes will be available, as well as wreaths and hand- made baked goods. Each
tree trunk will be properly sawed, the tree will be netted for easy portability
and then loaded onto cars by the students and adult helpers, while everyone can
listen to live Christmas music. The time is from 8am to 12 noon.
All proceeds will go to support the
Youth Mission Trip. This year, the Mission Trip will be local, helping
those seriously impacted by Superstorm Sandy.
The GCCC is located at the corner of Stewart Avenue and
Whitehall Boulevard. Christmas Eve services and Christmas Day services can be
