Fathers Visiting Day at Community Church Nursery School

Two for one!
Two for one!
The Garden City Community Church Nursery School (CCNS) students invited their dads (or grandpas) to come to school with them on Saturday, January 12th.   The classrooms were decorated with stories about the children's daddies and each class baked muffins for a yummy snack to share. Everyone enjoyed painting, sculpting with play dough, building with blocks and making a creative project together. There were songs and stories and lots of smiles and hugs!
CCNS Director, Cathie McCullough said, "Father's Day is one of the wonderful days that make the Community Church Nursery School a special place for young children and their families."
The Nursery School currently has limited openings for the 2013-2014 school year.
The Garden City Community Church Nursery School has been committed to quality early childhood education since 1953. It is located in the Garden City Community Church at 245 Stewart Avenue, corner of Whitehall Boulevard. Call the school office at 516.746.1756, visit www.gccnurseryschool.com or e-mail GCCCNursery@yahoo.com for more information or to schedule a tour.
