Award- Winning Adoption Film to Preview in Garden City
In
preparation for the upcoming kick- off of the adoption advocacy documentary, “STUCK” with its recently- announced 60- city North
American premiere tour in February, "STUCK"
Executive Producer, Craig Juntunen will
be previewing his award- winning film on Thursday evening, January 24, 2013 at 8 PM at The Lutheran Church of The Resurrection,
420 Stewart Avenue in Garden City.
Mr. Juntunen
is a successful entrepreneur, author, filmmaker ("Both Ends Burning")
and founder of the International Adoption Movement.
Two adoptive
Garden City families, The Oellrich and Powers families appear in the film as a
part of “STUCK’s” effort to show how
successful the outcome of the adoption process can be if it is allowed to work
as it was intended.

just reading Jane Goodall with my son for school and came across this quote of an amazing woman…Read More "every individual matters, every individual has a role to play, every individual makes a difference." that is what makes our nation, our village so great everyone has an opinion whether we agree with it or not. It just saddens me to think some may not voice their opinion in the future because of the rather harsh comments which I'm sure were just meant to get a point across rather than be hurtful. Garden City residents are not afraid to get involved, to stand up for what they believe in and I am proud to live here.
