With all votes tabulated, Garden City's mayoral run-off election in the West was decided by 103 votes.

Deputy mayor John Watras, who was unanimously nominated for the seat by the Western Property Owners' Association Nominating Committee, earned 206 votes while his challenger, trustee Laurence Quinn, garnered 103 votes.

Watras' name will appear on the official village election ballot in March.
