Franklin Avenue Talbots Outlet Store Closing

The Talbots Outlet Store located at 1142 Franklin Avenue is closing its doors.
The store is selling off everything, including furniture, fixtures and equipment. All merchandise is currently 60 percent off, with an additional 15 percent off.
According to John Wilton, chair of the chamber's Merchants, Professional and Retailers Group, a "food tenant" may be interested in the location though no further details were provided.
The Manhattan location on Third Avenue, as well as the store located at the Tanger Outlets at the Arches in Deer Park will both remain open. Shoppers can also make purchases online at www.talbots.com.
