Kidville Coming to Garden City
The Garden City facility is expected to open at 960 Franklin Avenue in the first quarter of 2014.
Kidville is coming to Garden City.
Kidville locations offer classes and parties and feature indoor playgrounds, retail boutiques and Kidville Salons for children from newborn to 6 years and their families.
The Garden City facility is expected to open at 960 Franklin Avenue (second floor) in the first quarter of 2014.
Kidville's goal is to make the "lives of families with young children better and easier by providing a fun, safe, and clean environment for children to learn, play, and grow," according to its website.
Sabre Real Estate Group LLC arranged the 5,000 square foot lease.
Stu Fagen, managing director at Sabre, and Ed Czarniak, an associate of Sabre, represented Kidville. The landlord is 960 Franklin Realty Inc.
There are currently two other Long Island locations - Commack and Roslyn Heights. Sabre is seeking additional locations for Kidville on Long Island and in New Jersey of 4,000 to 6,000 square feet. For more information contact Fagen at stu@sabreny.com or 874-8070 x503.
