Readers’ Choice: Best Pancakes in Garden City

Where do you go to order a stack of smile-inducing pancakes?

They come topped with fruit, stuffed, buttered up or slathered in syrup. They can make a grown man’s eyes dilate to silver-dollar proportions at the sight of a hot stack.

We’re talking pancakes, of course. Pancakes are that breakfast staple that go great any time of day; Solo or loaded, with eggs or a side of sausage.

Time to weigh in. Garden City Patch is looking to unearth the best pancakes in town. Readers’ Choice is a new weekly feature where we ask you – our readers – to tell us your top picks.

Each Monday we’ll list our nominees - this week it’s pancakes – and ask for your recommendations. Did we leave your go-to spot off the list? Go ahead and add it in comments.

Wednesday we’ll narrow the field, taking your recommendations to put to a vote in the ultimate food fight poll.

Friday we’ll announce our winner.

  • Garden City Coffee Shop
