Mark your calendars for the following school district meetings and events:
- Garden City Public Schools Board of Education will hold a work session on Wednesday, Oct. 10, at 8:15 p.m. in the Administration Building.
- A tour of the new middle school gymnasium, fitness center and locker rooms will be held at 7:30 p.m., prior to the regular meeting of the Board of Education on Tuesday, Oct. 16, at 8:15 p.m. at the middle school.
- Don’t miss Homecoming on Saturday, Oct. 20. The Homecoming Parade begins at noon on Seventh Street and culminates at Garden City High School where the Trojans will face Wantagh High School at 2 p.m. on Warren King Field.
