Hotel Hosting Debate 'Debriefing Hour'

"Bipartisan" cocktails are on the menu for those viewing the debate at Rein.

The Garden City Hotel is playing host to many staying on Long Island for the highly anticipated U.S. presidential debate taking place tonight at Hofstra University.

CBS reports rooms have been "booked solid" since Friday.

To get into the spirit, Grady Colin, the hotel's new general manager, told Patch that staff is gearing up for a pre- and post-debate "debriefing hour" at Rein.

"Our spin on a happy hour," Colin said. "Bipartisan cocktail specialties will be offered."

Multiple TV monitors are located throughout the restaurant for those interested in catching a live stream of the debate, which kicks off tonight at 9 p.m.

"Bipartisan" cocktails, including "The Stimulus," "Michelle-a-tini," "The Democrat," "Donkey-tini," "The Romney" and more are all on the menu.
