• Harvesting and use tips

Vince Drzewucki attended Sewanhaka High School where he began to study horticulture in a 3 year vocational program. He continued to get an associates degree in Ornamental Horticulture from SUNY Farmingdale, a B.A. in Business at Old Westbury and an M.B.A. at Adelphi University. He has more than 30 years in the field of horticulture, working in management positions at several garden centers and nurseries on Long Island and teaching horticultural and business classes as an adjunct professor at Farmingdale. His professional volunteer work includes serving on boards such as the president of the New York State and Long Island Nursery
and Landscape Associations. He is the author of 2 books, Gardening In Deer Country and Flower Beds and Borders in Deer Country. He lives in Freeport with his wife Lisa. They like to read, cook, travel and enjoy vacation cruising.
