Motiv8: 8 Ways To ROCK Your Own World - multimedia empowerment program for tween/teen girls and moms!

In honor of Mother's Day, Sheira Brayer's "Motiv8: 8 Ways To ROCK Your Own World" is coming to Cactus Academy (Paul Mitchell Partner School) at Roosevelt Field on Saturday, May 3, 2014 from 1:30 - 4 pm!

100% of the profits will go to support the Nassau County Girl Scouts!!

Motiv8 is a music and multi-media based empowerment program designed specifically for tween/teen girls and their moms.  Through humor, music, personal stories and interactive exercises, Sheira teaches 8 effective skills and tools to help young girls and their moms reduce stress, increase awareness, de-clutter their media centric minds, and improve communication.

Sheira is an Emmy-nominated songwriter and youth empowerment speaker and believes that people learn best when they're entertained, inspired, and fed! So, naturally, this event includes snacks and drinks!  Plus each attendee will receive an amazing goodie bag filled with cool items and coupons!
