The Garden City Public Library has once again made arrangements for St. Francis Hospital's Community Outreach Van to come to the library to conduct free health

screenings to check your cardiac health, blood pressure and cholesterol and also check for diabetes.

As needed, nurses will also provide appropriate patient education and referral information.

The van will be parked outside the library, in the parking lot, between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Monday. For more information, call the Outreach Department of the hospital at 516-629-2013.
