Only two weeks until summer vacation! Well maybe not according to the school calendar, but certainly according to the Garden City Welcoming Club.
On Jan. 23 at 8 p.m., you're invited to trade your snow boots for sun tan oil and join us for some "fun in the sun" as the Welcoming Club transforms the GC Casino into a "Summer in Winter" celebration.
Live musical entertainment will be provided by the world famous Travelin Max (www.travelinmax.com). There will also be a full BBQ meal, open bar and all of the snacks you would expect to find on the Boardwalk.
