A road rage incident on Clinton Road May 5 resulted in the arrest of a 33-year-old Hempstead man after a Garden City police officer witnessed the driver cut off other vehicles. According to a police report, Office Reilly said he stopped the vehicle while on routine patrol and charged the driver with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation for having 14 license suspensions, unsafe lane usage and an unregistered vehicle. The vehicle was impounded.
