A search incidental to an arrest found the defendant in possession of three pieces of silverware, a gold colored charm, a silver colored bracelet and a tennis bracelet all belonging to the victim, police said.

Iezzi was being charged with grand larceny, 3rd degree; criminal possession of stolen property, 3rd degree; and petit larceny. She was arraigned on April 13 at First District Court in Hempstead.
