Police: Man Sold Pot on 7th Street With Son in Tow
New Hyde Park man arrested after he sold the drugs to an undercover officer.
A New Hyde Park man was busted for selling marijuana on Seventh Street with his child in tow, Garden City police said.
Tony Vera, 30, was arrested Jan. 1 by detectives after he sold the drug to an undercover officer, police said. The man's six-year-old son was present during the time of the sale, according to the police report.
Vera was charged with the drug sale and endangering a minor.
