Police Search for Mall Jewelry Thief

Suspect allegedly stole a $4,000 jewelry display at Roosevelt Field Mall in August, cops said.

Cops are on the hunt for a man who allegedly stole a $4,000 jewelry display at Roosevelt Field Mall in August.

On Aug. 22 at 4:20 p.m., police said the man stole a counter display containing $4,000 worth of assorted jewelry from the victim's kiosk. He fled in an unknown direction.

Crime Stoppers is asking anyone who can identify the pictured subject or has any information about this crime to call their toll free hotline at 1-800-244-TIPS (8477). All callers will remain anonymous.
