Sandy Cancels 'Fill The Boot' Event

The Garden City Career Firefighter's Association had to cancel its annual October breast cancer "Fill The Boot" fundraiser to benefit the Maurer Foundation in order to prepare for Hurricane Sandy.

If you'd like to support the firefighters for this cause please send your donation to Maurer Foundation" c/o Garden City Professional Fire Fighters Association, P.O. Box 298 Garden City, NY 11530.
