Community Church Nursery School Christmas Program

Garden City Community Church Nursery School hosted a Christmas program on Thursday, December 13th for parents, siblings and grandparents of students. CCNS director, Cathie McCullough welcomed the assembled guests. A procession of cute little angels, elves, shepherds and wise men walked down the aisle and filled the front of the church. The children sang under the direction of music director, Janet Rosano. They sang joyful songs of the season, including "Jingle Bells," "He's Got the Whole World" and "We Wish You a Merry Christmas." The Reverend Jim Adelmann said prayers while the children listened with hands clasped.
Following the program, students, teachers and families gathered in the classrooms to admire the hand-made decorations while eating Christmas goodies baked with lots of holiday cheer.
"Amid all the hustle and bustle of the season we take some time to pause, take a breath and celebrate Christmas...Seeing their angelic faces and hearing the children's voices singing all the beautiful Christmas songs they have learned evoke the true love and joy of Christmastime", Mrs. McCullough said.
