Encore Cabaret a Success for Garden City Thespians

Garden City High School’s International Thespian Society (ITS) recently held its second annual Cabaret Night.

“Last year’s event was a fundraiser for the Joplin, MO ITS Troupe, whose theater program was devastated by the tornado,” explained ITS advisor Laura Rebecca. “The event was so successful, the students were eager to plan another one for this year."

The 2012 Cabaret Night boasted twice the amount of performers, and doubled the audience attendance.

"The students’ talent and enthusiasm never ceases to impress me," Rebecca added. "We are so fortunate to have these students attending Garden City Public Schools.”
