Nassau Community College’s Career Counseling Center will hold a workshop entitled “Career Paths for a Changing Economy: Two Year Degrees That Can Work for You” on March 8 at 11:30 a.m. in the College Center building.
“In today's ever-changing workplace, investing in your education and developing marketable skills is a must," said Prof. Constance Egelman, Coordinator of Career Development at NCC, in a statement from the school. "NCC offers a variety of two-year degree programs and student services that can help people transition to the workplace successfully."
The workshop will discuss opportunities and career development in fields including health sciences, health information technology, and paralegal studies, among others. This event is free and open to the public.
