The Garden City U11 boys baseball team is on a tear, beating Bayside 4-1 to capture the Section 5 championship.
The team claimed the 2013 District 29 title with a 9-2 win over Franklin Square July 8 in Floral Park.
The boys now seek to capture the New York State championship next week at Half Hollow Hills.
