Item of the Week From The A.T. Stewart Exchange

Just in time for the Belmont Stakes, equestrian items are in the spotlight this week.

Here is this week's "Item of the Week" from the A.T. Stewart Exchange in Garden City:

All equestrian items in our tribute to this week's race at Belmont! From front left, we're featuring a horse's head, Grecian-museum plaque for only $35, an attractive, Crown Ducal "David Copperfield" platter priced at $15, a tall, English-ceramic tankard for $30 and a nicely framed Currier & Ives reproduction print for $15. Next, we see a handsome, book-plate "Hunt" print, offered at $18, and, finally, Binolux binoculars (7 x 35 magnification) for $45. All items are available at the time of posting.

The A.T. Stewart Exchange (consignment shop), located on the lower level of The Garden City Historical Society Museum, offers unique items for sale and is run by volunteers. Founded in 1975, The Garden City Historical Society is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization. The shop is located at 109 Eleventh Street in Garden City 516-746-8900 and is open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesdays through Fridays and from noon to 4 p.m. on Saturdays. Parking is available behind the museum.
