Items of the Week from the A.T. Stewart Exchange: Serving Dishes

An antique Reed & Barton coffee service, a retro martini shaker and other silver plate bowls and dishes are in the spotlight this week.

This week's feature from The A.T. Stewart Exchange is a table laden with silver plate, serving dishes and amethyst glass.

We begin with an oval, covered vegetable server for $40. Next, we're showing an open, two-vegetable serving piece for $27 and an antique, Reed & Barton coffee service, priced at $220. There's a retro martini shaker, priced at $30 and other various silver plate bowls, dishes, wine coasters and spreaders -- all priced to sell.

The amethyst glass varies from the large, swirl vase at $27 to a pitcher for $30 and several smaller pieces for under $20. The glass is from one collector, and it's a striking accent to the silver-plate. There is a good selection to choose from, and all items are available at the time of posting.

The A.T. Stewart Exchange (consignment shop), located on the lower level of the Garden City Historical Society, offers unique items for sale and is run by volunteers.
