Warmer Weather Headed Our Way
Temperatures could creep close to 90 degrees in Garden City by Saturday.
Break out the bathing suits, fill up the pool and turn on the AC. It's going to feel like summer as temperatures are expected to creep close to 90 degrees by Saturday.
According to the National Weather Service, Thursday's forecast calls for a high near 88. Temperatures will jump to 89 by Friday and hover around 88 on Saturday - a far cry from the windy, chilly first half of Memorial Day weekend.
Expect partly sunny skies Sunday too with a high near a more comfortable 82 degrees. There's a 50 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms Sunday night.
