Rec Needs Assessment Survey in the Mail

Residents can expect the community-wide Recreation and Parks needs assessment survey in the mail later this week, according to an advisement on the village's website.

Residents are encouraged to fill out the questionnaire to express "individual needs, attitudes, opinions and behaviors toward village leisure services and facilities."

Once completed, return it to the consulting firm in the envelope provided; space has been provided for write-in comments so residents can express other specific concerns or recommendations.

In February, the Department of Recreation and Parks scheduled eight individual one-hour focus group meetings to allow residents the chance to help in the questionnaire's formation.
