The man accused of terrorizing a village left in the dark after Superstorm Sandy is due back in court Monday.
Artie Jackson, of Hempstead, was arrested for multiple burglaries in both Garden City and Hempstead in the wake of the storm, including an occupied home invasion on Third Street a year ago this week.
Jackson also allegedly attacked an E. Garden City woman before stealing her car.
A conference was scheduled with the Hon. Angelo A. Delligatti. No word yet on a trial date.
