Daylight Saving Time begins at 2 a.m. Sunday morning.

That means we "spring forward" one hour Sunday.

Conventional clocks will need to be pushed forward one hour. Electronic ones connected to I-phones and computers do it automatically.

Most of the United States will remain on Daylight Saving Time until 2 a.m. on Sunday, Nov. 2, when we in New York return to Eastern Standard Time.

Local fire departments also advise everyone to change the batteries in their smoke detectors on Daylight Savings Time days.
