The Weekend Guide 10/19 - 10/21

Spooky Fest at CSTL (all weekend long)
This weekend CSTL will open its doors to Spooky Fest! Where creatures of all kinds will inhabit the woods... ghosts and ghouls come out to play!

Where: Center for Science, Teaching and Learning
When: Fridays - Sundays 6:30 PM - 9:30 PM
Fee: $10

The Emperors New Clothes (all weekend long)

The Emperors New Clothes is playing at Nassau Community College every weekend. So check it out!

Where: Nassau Community College
When: Weekends all month long
Fee: $9.00 per person, $6.00 for those aged 12 and under

Family Zumba
Get the gang together, skip the movie and have a night of Family Zumba! With all the craze of this fun exercise why not bring the whole family off the couch on movie night!

Where: Family Fitness Unlimted
When: 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Fee: $12

Rock Hall County Fair (all weekend long)
Enjoy an ol' fashioned Country Fair at historic Rock Hall Museum. Share the sights and sounds of an authentic Civil War Encampment, scarecrow making workshops, pony rides. A weekend celebration of The Town of Hempstead’s glorious history.

When: Saturday - Sunday, 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Fee: Free

SATURDAY

Night of the Pumpkins and Festive Fall Activities
Lynbrook High School will be hosting their annual Night of the Pumpkins this Saturday. The entire high school field will be lit up with over 150 jack-o’-lanterns for tots to mom and pops. Kiddies of all ages can enjoy activities and games, and at the end of the evening you can even purchase a carved pumpkin! This event supports the Dr. Santo Barbarino Scholarship Fund.

When: 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Fee: $5
