Patricia DiComo is primarily self-taught with influence from realistic wildlife and nature artists. Her pastel paintings capture the special spirit and beauty of animals and birds. With so many people working on behalf of animals in today’s world, Pat also works to promote animal awareness through her art.

Pat exhibits her work at Long Island indoor and outdoor art shows where she enjoys speaking with others who love animals and nature. During the past 20 years, Pat has been the recipient of awards for her animal pastels and has been commissioned to draw many pet portraits. An active member of the Floral Park Art League, she has served as president and continues to help coordinate their June outdoor show & sale.
