Daniel Gale Sotheby's Hosting Coat Drive
New and gently used coats, hats, gloves, mittens and scarves for children, women and men may be donated.
Daniel Gale Sotheby's located at 102 Seventh Street is holding a coat drive through Jan. 3 to help those in need this winter season.
New and gently used coats, hats, gloves, mittens and scarves for children, women and men may be dropped off between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday and between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. on Sundays.
All donations will benefit the INN in Hempstead, which operates 16 soup kitchens, three shelters and a long-term housing initiative across Nassau and Suffolk.
Office manager Claudia Galvin and office administrator Rachel Occean are organizing drive with help from Susan MacDonald, who first began the fundraiser for the INN.
