The Eastern Property Owners' Association is holding a meeting to discuss the proposal for a 54 unit condominium complex on the southern end of the Franklin Avenue Doubleday site. It is open to all GC residents but the EPOA specifically invites residents living in the area of Franklin Court. Please come and bring your neighbors and your comments and questions.
