2012 Fire Prevention Day

Fire Prevention Day is Sunday, Oct. 14.
The Garden City Fire Department will be holding their annual Fire
Prevention Day activities at Fire Headquarters located on the west side
of Village Hall (347 Stewart Avenue) between 12:30-3:30 p.m.
The event is open to everyone of all ages. The events
scheduled will include fire safety handouts, home fire safety
demonstrations, giveaways and refreshments free of charge.
This year's theme is "Have 2 Ways Out!" - a focus on the importance of fire escape planning and practice.
