Nassau County Rolls Out Red Carpet for Film Tour
Movie and television personnel given tour in effort to entice filming and help grow economy.
Nassau County Executive Ed Mangano recently gave an extensive tour of prospective filming locations in Nassau County to movie and television directors, producers and scouts in an effort to drum up local business and spark the economy.
Patch presents a two-part video that includes highlights from the Mangano press conference in Mineola, quotes from actors and film personnel and a look at some of the touring locations, including the Nassau County Correctional Center in East Meadow and the Allegria Hotel in Long Beach.
