Get a jump on spring and visit the Garden City Public Library on Wednesday, April 21 at 7 p.m. for Springtime in Paris.
Chef Barbara Sheridan will share tips on how to create the fabulous foods of a French bistro. The menu will include French onion soup, Salad Nicoise, Mussels/Moules Mariniere, Quick Coq Au Vin and Strawberries in Puffed Pastry.
Of course, attendees will get to sample all of these delicious creations. This program is for adult Garden City residents only.
