High Top Shop Helping Sandy Victims

The first week of month-long effort to help Sandy victims has been a great success.

Don't forget fences, sheds and swing sets all look better with a wreath on them! Our's are so inexpensive they are great for car grills too!

Here are the Top Picks of the Week from the Andy Foundation's High Top Shop: Thank you to ALL who have given your time and donated items and made monetary donations so we can help those who were devastated by Sandy.

Our first week of our month-long effort to help these people has been a great success! The stories of some of the people in Breezy and Belle Harbor have been heartbreaking but these families are resilient and deeply appreciative of all that people are doing to help them get their lives back to some sense of normalcy. Everyone we've met is so touched by your generosity so we wanted to thank all of you for helping us help them!

Remember, 100 percent of our December sales and collections go directly to families devastated by Sandy. We actually give it directly to the people so not a penny is wasted!

The store is chock full of holiday items; we just got some Christmas sweaters and ties a few minutes ago, too. Here are just a few of the items - sorry but the shop has been busy so we didn't have time to photograph everything. We hope you'll take a minute to pop in the High Top Shop even if it's just to browse or say hello to any of our fabulous volunteers!

High Top Shop fall hours: Monday-Friday 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.; Saturday 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.; Sunday closed.
