Items of the Week from the A.T. Stewart Exchange: Holiday Gifts

An assortment of holiday gifts are in the spotlight this week.

This week's feature from The A.T. Stewart Exchange highlights holiday gifts.

We start with a beautiful Whiting & Davis silver-mesh evening bag for $70. This item is exquisite, and it would bring a smile to the lucky gal who receives it!

Next, we're featuring opera-length, fully-lined, black leather gloves at $24. The shop has a wide selection of both lined and unlined gloves at very affordable prices. There is a "Bless This House" Spode tray at only $24, four Lenox napkin rings for $10 and a pair of pewter candlesticks for $30.

Our next feature is a Lladro angel holding a book for $75, and we finish with a fine assortment of jeweled, Christmas pins, priced from $15 to $18. The hardwood table holding all items measures 23"W x 17 1/2"D x 25 1/2"H. It's a great find and is offered at $110. All items are available at the time of posting.

The A.T. Stewart Exchange (consignment shop), located on the lower level of the Garden City Historical Society, offers unique items for sale and is run by volunteers. Founded in 1975, The Garden City Historical Society is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization.

All profits go to the restoration of the Museum. The shop is located at 109 Eleventh Street in Garden City, just west of Franklin Avenue, 746-8900. It is open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesdays through Fridays, and from noon until 4 p.m. on Saturdays. Parking is available behind the Museum.
