PD Identifies Person Responsible for May 21 Bomb Threat at Stratford

Commissioner Kenneth Jackson said the investigation is ongoing.

The person responsible for the May 21 bomb threat at Stratford School has been identified and the person’s family has been contacted, according to commissioner Kenneth Jackson.

"The investigation is ongoing and at this time there is no further information to be provided," he said.

Tuesday's incident, which put Stratford under lock out for approximately 40 minutes, was the second at the school in a week. No word on whether the person is also responsible for the May 14 incident.

Activities resumed Tuesday after Garden City Police canvassed the building and deemed it safe.
